The players of India and England will reach Bhubaneswar late evening today for the match to be held on Sunday at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack. The players will practice before the match at Barabati Stadium on Saturday. Tight security arrangements have been made from the airport to the Mayfair Hotel. Along with this, special preparations have also been made to welcome the players at the airport.

The second one day match of the series will be played between India and England at Barbati Stadium in Cuttack on Sunday. On one hand, the excitement among cricket lovers is at its peak, while on the other hand, all kinds of security arrangements have been made at the administrative level. The players of India and England will reach Bhubaneswar at around 8 pm today on Friday evening for the match.

Tight security arrangements

After the players reach Bhubaneswar, they will be taken to Hotel Mayfair under tight security, where 96 rooms have already been booked for the players, coaches and other staff.

After spending the night at Hotel Mayfair, the players will go to Cuttack Barbati Stadium for practice on Saturday.

Players will be welcomed in a traditional manner

Preparations have been made to welcome the players in a traditional manner when they reach Bhubaneswar airport on Friday evening at around 8 pm. For this, the movement at the airport has increased since this afternoon.

1.On Saturday, the England players will practice from 1 pm to 4 pm and the Indian players will practice from 4 pm to 8 pm. After this, they will return from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar Mayfair and then play the match on Sunday.

2.For this, strict security arrangements have been made on the route of movement of players from Bhubaneswar Airport to Mayfair and Mayfair to Barabaati Stadium.

3.The Commissionerate Police has conducted a barricade rehearsal for transporting the players from the airport to the Mayfair Hotel and from the Mayfair Hotel to the Cuttack Barbati Stadium.

Flower decoration outside the hotel

All preparations have been made at Bhubaneswar's Mayfair Hotel for the stay of both the teams. Flowers have been decorated outside the hotel. The players will be welcomed with traditional dance.

96 rooms of Mayfair have been booked

96 rooms of the Mayfair Hotel have been booked for the teams' stay. Bookings for outside guests have been closed from the time the players arrive till their departure.

Special menu for players

1.A special menu has been prepared for the players, which includes both local and continental food. Snacks include paneer pakora, mushroom pakora and various other items.

2.Along with this, the players will be served Odisha dishes like Desi Chicken, Plain Beshara, different types of fish curry, Dalma and Chakuli.

3.The menu also includes chennapod, rasgulla, mandia and kakra. There will also be millet items. Food will be prepared as per the dietician.
