JEE Main 2025: Last date will not be extended for JEE Main Session-1, NTA issued notification and shared details, apply by November 22

The National Examination Agency (NTA) has issued a notification and shared important information related to JEE Main. It has been told that the students interested in JEE Main should apply by the last date of 22 November. The last date of application will not be extended under any circumstances. Corrections in the application can be made between 26 to 27 November.

Education Desk, New Delhi. Important information has been shared by the National Testing Agency by issuing a notification for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main) 2025 Session-1. In the notification, students have been told that they must apply by 22 November 2024, the last date of application fixed for Session 1. After this, there will be no opportunity to apply in any way nor will the last date of application be extended by NTA. Therefore, the students who have not been able to fill the form till now should apply as soon as possible through online medium by visiting the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

You can make corrections in the form on these dates

The notification issued by NTA states that if there is any kind of error while applying, it can be amended, for which the window will be open from 26 November to 27 November 2024 at 11:50 PM. Candidates will be able to correct the error in the application form through online medium within this time.

You can improve in these fields

NTA has released the information about the fields in which corrections can be made. According to the notification, students will be able to make corrections in any one of the fields namely name, mother's name, father's name. Apart from this, they will be able to make corrections in details like 10th/12th details/ PAN card/ examination city selection/ medium of examination/ date of birth/ gender/ category/ sub category (PWD)/ signature and adding papers.

In which places there will be no chance for amendment

Students should note that they will not be able to make changes in the mobile number, email address, address (permanent & present), emergency contact details and candidate photograph. Daily Mintz

How to apply

1.To fill the JEE Mains 2025 Application Form, first visit the official website.

2.On the home page of the website, you have to click on Online Application Form for JEE (Main) – 2025 Session-1 in LATEST NEWS.

3.Now first you have to register by clicking on the new registration link.

4.After registration, candidates should complete the application process by uploading other details, photograph and signature etc.

5.After this, finally deposit the prescribed fee and take a printout of the completely filled form and keep it safe.
